Shipping policy




1. 所有訂單均在工作日(週一至週五)處理。如閣下是在週末或公眾假期下訂單,將在下一個工作天處理。

2. 本網站提供順豐運送服務包括智能櫃自取、便利店自取、順豐站自取、地址直送),請務必確保資料填妥正確。

3. 香港以外之顧客請電郵至 另作安排。 



1. 購物淨額滿HK$800免運費 (順豐速運)

2. 購物淨額未滿的客人在結算時自動收取$30運費。 




1. 貨物寄出後,如有需要更改地址或電話,請盡快聯絡我們。若衍生額外費用,將由買家承擔。

2. 如顧客因個人理由未能收件,請自行與速遞公司聯絡安排。如貨件屢次派送失敗,你的訂單可能會被取消,本公司不作退款或補回貨品。

3. 香港以外之顧客,如因託運公司導致失件,本公司不作退款或補回貨品。貨物寄出後,如有需要更改地址或電話,請聯絡我們協助,更改成功與否取決於託運公司之條款,與我司無關。若衍生額外費用,將由買家承擔。


Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Once your order is placed it will be reviewed. Orders will be dispatched within 5 - 7 days upon us receiving your order. 

1. All orders are processed on business days (Monday - Friday). Please note that if your order was placed over the weekend or holidays, it will be processed the following working day. 

2. We use SF express as the standard shipping, please refer to the SF express Company website for the details.  (

3. For international shipping, please contact our team via Email for follow up.


Shipping Costs (Local shipping)

Unless otherwise indicated, general shipping costs are the following: 

1. $30 delivery on all orders under $800

2. Free delivery on orders over $800 


Tracking/ Amendments

1. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

2. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
